Process


My art director asked to illustrate a scene showing a human and a robot cooperating in their work place. They chose kitchen chef as the robot's profession and I came up with this concept that's a mix of an android with a kitchen appliance. Its left hand has all the utensils needed to cook and its right hand is more humanoid for delicate work. Finally, its head is full of sensors for tasting food and the monitor gives detailed feedback to the human cook.
